5. Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

• Returns without a return authorization number will not be accepted.
• Products that are not eligible for return include opened or used items, gift cards, and promotional items.
